 Nortech Surveys Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated with the Corporate Law authority, under the Companies Act, during 1996 at Islamabad Pakistan, as a subsidiary company of Shahzad International Group of Companies.
Having being registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, it has the flexibility to undertake Survey and Civil engineering projects subject to technical and commercial considerations, using domestic or international technicians. With the support of our Canadian partners, “NORTECH” (formerly Shelltech, a division of Royal Dutch Shell) we are capable of contributing to the Geomatic, Survey, Engineering and the Construction industry. Nortech Surveys Pakistan (pvt) Ltd has since it’s inception completed 40 professional projects.
NORTEC uses State of the art data capture technology in land/marine works by GPS static, stop and geo kinematic surveys in addition to Total Stations (optical, electronic distance) surveys. Field data is captured electronically with feature coding for in put to CAD drawing and automated mapping applications.
Digitizing and scanning with automated editing procedures (for translations of hard copy products to digital format) are used for custom applications and Geographical information system (GIS) Base – mapping. Project specific GIS applications are also undertaken.
NORTEC services and products extend far beyond the traditional definitions of surveying. As a Geomatics consultant, NORTEC is professionally qualified to offer enhanced products, at standards approved by international surveying and Cartographic societies.
