Shahzad International maintains close liaison with major overseas oil companies operating in Pakistan and with all government and autonomous bodies, in order to serve the best interests of its customers and principals alike.
Shahzad International was solely responsible for the successful completion of the appraisal work programme of the Mazarani Gas Field in the province of Sindh, which involved drilling two wells plus conducting the reservoir study during the period 1989-93. The drilling of two wells was undertaken during the period when the law and order situation in interior Sindh was unsatisfactory and all other operators were in "force majeure". At times Shahzad International managed continued operations with prior authorization, even during the curfew hours. Shahzad International also successfully completed a wildcat well in Badin district of Sindh in 1987-88. Recently in 2004, Shahzad International facilitated TOTAL of France for drilling an off shore well in ultra deep waters of Indus Basin.
Shahzad International was successful in securing business for the D&S consulting group / OGDC / CIDA phase II project worth over US $ 60 million.
